MIA employs an 'investigation' team and an 'in-house' team. Both teams operate in harmony, and complement each other, to provide an exceptional quality of service to our clients.

Invesigation Team

The MIA Investigation Team is:

Nationwide and consists of former Police Officers and Insurance investigators.

Fully conversant with all aspects of road traffic accident investigations, including fatalities and multi-vehicle incidents.

A highly trained group of professionals who are experienced in exercising diplomacy, tact and appropriate communications.

Expertly skilled in obtaining information quickly through liaising with Police, where local Police Forces permit, who are then able to assist in the validity of claimed accidents/incidents.

In-house Team

Our In-house team consists of a group of highly trained professionals, drawn from major insurance companies, who are all experienced in every aspect of personal injury and fraudulent claims.
